Every plan includes a set number of envelopes each month. Send as many as you like — an envelope is only counted once every signer has finished.

How the billing works
No surprises, and nothing buried in the fine print. Here is exactly what you are charged for.
What counts as an envelope
One envelope is one document set sent for signature, however many pages or people it involves. It is counted only when every signer has finished. Envelopes you send but that are declined, voided or left unsigned are never charged.
How rollover works
If your plan includes 25 envelopes and you use 18, the remaining 7 are added to next month. Rollover builds up to three months of your plan, so a quiet winter gives you room for the March rush. A rolled-over balance is used before your monthly inclusion.
Going over your inclusion
Nothing stops working. Extra envelopes are charged at your plan rate and appear as a single itemised line on your next invoice — for example, "12 extra envelopes — March 2027". The extra rate is always lower than your effective per-envelope cost, so a busy month never penalises you.
Changing or cancelling
Move between plans at any time. If you cancel, you keep full access to view and download every document already signed, together with its certificate and audit trail — those are your records, not ours. Envelopes already out for signature can still be completed.
What happens to a rolled-over balance
A rolled-over balance rewards staying subscribed, so it does not survive a cancellation. If you leave and return later, you start fresh on your new plan. Your documents, contacts and templates are all still there.
Your documents are kept
Completed documents and their audit records are retained for at least seven years, whether or not your subscription is active. You can download everything at any time, and we will always give you the chance to do so before any account is closed.
