What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you upload a document, we store that document, the names and emails of the people you add as signers, and a record of the signing process itself (views, consent, signatures, timestamps).

How we use it

This information is used to provide the signing service you've signed up for — storing your documents, sending signing invitations, and maintaining the audit trail for completed documents.

Data storage & security

Documents and account data are stored with our infrastructure provider and isolated so that no other account can access your data. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Signers

People you invite to sign a document receive an email with a secure link. We store their name, email, and their signing activity, for the purpose of completing and verifying that document.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. Contact us to request a correction or deletion.
